Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States and Europe on eligible Omega Portawalls® orders.

For other international destinations, shipping costs may be calculated at checkout based on the delivery country, package size, and shipping method.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods, holidays, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and carrier service.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Europe: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Other international destinations: delivery time may vary by country

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been dispatched.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import charges are included. U.S. customers do not need to pay any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

For orders shipped to Europe, shipping is free. However, depending on the destination country, local VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For all other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Omega Portawalls® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, local import inspections, or missing information requested by customs authorities.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Omega Portawalls® is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or product.
